Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Save Model collects, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Damian Zozman, trading as Save Model, Urocza 10, Stara Iwiczna, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland. You can reach us at studio@savemodel.com for any question about this policy or your data.
2. What data we collect
- When you contact us — the name, email address, brand name, website and anything you write, whether you use the enquiry form, email us, or book a call. The form is processed by our website host; we do not run our own server.
- When you become a client — the product images, briefs and business details you send us to produce your photography, plus billing details needed to issue invoices.
- When you browse this site — basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) that the hosting provider processes to serve and secure the site, plus a cookieless page count that cannot identify you.
- If you accept cookies — how you move through the page: clicks, scrolling, which sections you reach, which questions you open, and a replay of the session with form fields masked. We also measure whether a visit came from one of our ads. You can refuse this and the site works the same. See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotes — on the basis of taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver the service and manage the project — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To issue invoices and meet tax and accounting duties — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the site secure and functional — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through cookie settings.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with processors that help us run the service, under data-processing agreements: our website host, email provider, and the image-generation and production tools we use to deliver your product visuals. Where you have accepted cookies, this also includes Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Clarity) and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Pixel); page counts run through Cloudflare, Inc. without cookies or stored IP addresses. Enquiries sent through the form on this site are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts the site. We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Providers currently in use: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and enquiry forms), Hostinger International Ltd (email), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd (Clarity), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Pixel), Cloudflare, Inc. (cookieless page counts), and the image-generation tools used to produce your visuals.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period. Client and billing data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for the retention period required by Polish tax law (currently five years from the end of the relevant tax year). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, email studio@savemodel.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves or the law changes. The current version is always the one published here, with the date shown above.
