Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These terms govern the service provided by Damian Zozman, trading as Save Model ("Save Model", "we") to business clients ("you"). They apply once we confirm an order. They complement, and do not replace, the individual quote we agree with you.
1. The service
Save Model produces on-model product photography using AI-generated models wearing your real garments and accessories. Deliverables, volume, styles and timelines are set out in the quote for each project.
2. Quotes and orders
A quote is valid for the period stated in it. An order is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email is enough) and we acknowledge it. You are responsible for providing usable source material (clean packshots or a well-lit flat lay) and an approved brief before production starts.
3. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is split in two: the first 50% starts the work and produces a sample of your product on a model, which you approve before the full run; the remaining 50% is due on delivery of the full packs, once you have seen and approved them. Invoices are issued in EUR and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
4. Revisions and approval
We agree the look with you up front, then the first payment produces a sample you approve before the full run begins. Every pack and every photo includes a revision round, refined against your product until it is on-brand, and the full delivery follows once you are happy with what you see. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Ownership and usage rights
On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered images for your commercial e-commerce and marketing purposes. Your garments, brand and product material remain yours. We may show non-confidential results in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. AI transparency — your responsibility
Every delivery includes a ready-to-publish AI disclosure line in English and Polish, in line with Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). As the party publishing the images, you are responsible for keeping that disclosure in place when you use them — adding the supplied line to the relevant product pages. We provide the means to comply; the act of publishing with disclosure is on your side.
7. Confidentiality
We treat unreleased products, briefs and business information you share as confidential and use them only to deliver your project.
8. Liability
We deliver the service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for how images are used after delivery, including a failure to keep the AI disclosure in place.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law and the applicable law of the European Union. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Piaseczno, Poland, unless mandatory consumer or other rules provide otherwise.
